7. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

An order placed on the website constitutes an offer to purchase.

No order shall be deemed accepted until:

  • fraud screening is completed,
  • inventory is confirmed,
  • and Vishwarya confirms dispatch or otherwise expressly accepts the order.

An automated order confirmation email or SMS only acknowledges receipt of your order and does not constitute acceptance.

8. ORDER VERIFICATION

To prevent fraud and ensure transaction security, Vishwarya may:

Failure to provide requested information may result in cancellation.

9. ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

9.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation only before the order has been processed for dispatch.

Once an order enters any of the following stages, cancellation requests may not be accepted:

  • Quality Inspection
  • Packaging
  • Dispatch Processing
  • Courier Allocation
  • Shipment Handover
  • In Transit

Approval of cancellation requests is subject to operational feasibility.

9.2 Customized Products

Customized, engraved, personalized, made-to-order, or specially manufactured products cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.

9.3 Cancellation by Vishwarya

Vishwarya reserves the right to cancel any order where necessary, including but not limited to:

  • stock unavailability,
  • pricing errors,
  • technical errors,
  • payment failure,
  • suspected fraud,
  • incorrect customer information,
  • violation of these Terms,
  • force majeure events,
  • suspected unauthorized commercial resale,
  • inability to deliver due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Where payment has already been received for an order cancelled by Vishwarya, the applicable amount will be refunded through the original payment method.

9.4 Refusal of Delivery

Refusing delivery after dispatch does not constitute cancellation.

If an order is returned because of refusal, repeated failed delivery attempts, or an incorrect address provided by the customer, Vishwarya reserves the right to deduct reasonable non-refundable costs (such as shipping, return shipping, packaging, and non-refundable payment processing charges where permitted by law) before processing any eligible refund.

9.5 Abuse of Cancellation

Vishwarya reserves the right to:

  • restrict accounts,
  • refuse future orders,
  • disable Cash on Delivery (if available),
  • cancel promotional eligibility,

where repeated cancellations, fraudulent conduct, or misuse of our policies is identified.

10. SHIPPING

Shipping timelines are estimates only.

Delivery dates are not guaranteed and may vary due to:

  • weather,
  • courier delays,
  • customs,
  • public holidays,
  • government restrictions,
  • natural disasters,
  • incorrect customer information,
  • other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address provided.

11. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns, refunds, exchanges, and replacements are governed exclusively by our Return & Refund Policy.

Approval of any return or refund is subject to inspection and compliance with that policy.

12. PRODUCT CARE

Customers are responsible for following all care instructions provided with the product.

Natural wear, oxidation, tarnishing of silver, fragrance variation, improper storage, misuse, accidental damage, or normal ageing are not manufacturing defects.

13. PROMOTIONS

Discounts, coupons, promotional offers, gift cards, loyalty rewards, referral credits, and free gifts:

  • cannot be redeemed for cash,
  • may not be combined unless expressly stated,
  • remain subject to individual promotional terms,
  • may be modified or withdrawn without prior notice.

Vishwarya reserves the right to cancel promotions in cases of misuse or technical error.
