·        Order Processing Time:
All orders are usually processed and dispatched within 48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

o   Personalised Items may take longer to process.

o   If your order contains both personalised and non-personalised items, the non-personalised items may be shipped first.

·        Delivery Timelines:
Delivery timelines vary depending on your location, courier partner availability, and external factors such as weather or regional holidays.
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please note that delays can occur beyond our control. If your order is delayed, we will keep you informed.

·        Multiple Shipments:
Orders with multiple items may be delivered in separate packages at different times.


Shipping Charges

·        FREE Shipping Standard on all orders above ₹499.

·        A shipping charge of ₹149 is applicable for all orders below ₹500.

·        International Shipping: Free shipping is not applicable for international orders. Charges will be calculated at checkout based on your country and serviceability.

Please note: Return shipping charges (if applicable) are borne by the customer unless stated otherwise in the Return Policy.


Order Tracking

·        Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via:

  •          Whatsapp
  •          Email

·        You can track your order using the tracking link provided, or directly from your account:

1.                Log in to your Vishwarya account

2.                Click on "Orders" in the top right corner

3.                Select your Order ID and click "Track Order"

Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.
