Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.

You can initiate a return by filling out the Return Request Form on our website or by contacting our customer support team via email, WhatsApp, or phone.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Product must be unused, unworn, undamaged, with original packaging, tags, and labels intact.
  • Personalised items, perfumes, and coins are non-returnable unless defective.

Quality Check:

  • All returns undergo a quality check at our warehouse before refund processing.
  • If the return doesn't meet eligibility, it may be rejected.

Missing Items:

  • If you claim multiple items in a return but all are not received, the refund will be adjusted accordingly.
  • Free gifts and promotional items must also be returned.
  • Unboxing video is mandatory for verification in case of missing/damaged items.

Note: Tarnishing of silver over time is a natural process and not considered a defect unless recurring.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Replacement & Exchange Policy

We accept replacements for:

  • Wrong product, damaged items, missing items.

Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned with original packaging.

Process:

  • Contact our support team to initiate the request.
  • Courier should be arranged within 5–7 business days.
  • After quality check at our warehouse, the replacement is shipped.

Note: Replacement is processed only after the original product is received.

 

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are initiated once the returned item passes our quality check.
  • Refunds are credited to your original payment method or as store credit.
  • Shipping charges paid during the order are non-refundable.
